These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Mobiphix’s website and services. By accessing this website and placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1.1 Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions

Mobiphix operates exclusively as a B2B platform, providing wholesale mobile parts and accessories to business customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a registered business entity.

1.2 Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

  • Create an account on Mobiphix.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date business details.
  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

1.3 Changes to Terms

Mobiphix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  1. Orders and Payments

2.1 Placing an Order

Orders can only be placed by registered business customers through the Mobiphix website. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details provided are accurate.

2.2 Pricing

All prices on our website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. Prices are subject to change without notice. Bulk discounts may be available based on order quantities.

2.3 Payment Terms

Payments must be completed within 48 hours of placing an order. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. Orders not paid within this timeframe will be automatically canceled.

2.4 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that this confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. Mobiphix reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method and destination. Shipping options and costs will be provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination and carrier. products are shipped under a shipment contract. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

  1. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Returns

Customers may return mobile parts, including screens and other small parts, at any time. For all other products, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Each return is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns must be shipped to our designated warehouse within 10 business days of receiving return approval.

4.2 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4.3 Damaged or Faulty Items

If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately and provide photographic evidence. We will review the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.

5.1 Product Accuracy

While we strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images on our website are accurate, Mobiphix does not guarantee error-free content. If you receive a product that differs significantly from the description, please contact us for assistance.

5.2 Warranty

Mobiphix provides the following warranties on its products:

  • Lifetime Warranty on all replacement parts, covering any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not include breakage or incidental damages.
  • 1-Year Warranty on batteries, covering defects in materials and workmanship but excluding breakage or incidental damages.
  • 90-Day Warranty on all tools and accessories, covering defects in materials and workmanship but excluding breakage or incidental damages.
  • 60-Day Warranty on all devices, laptops, and PCs, covering defects in materials and workmanship but excluding breakage or incidental damages.

Store credit or replacement options are provided for defective product returns:

  • Replacement Parts: If a defective part is returned within 30 days of purchase, the customer may receive a replacement or store credit for the purchase price. Returns after 30 days may be credited at the current selling price.
  • Batteries: Defective batteries returned within 30 days receive full credit or replacement; returns after 30 days but within 1 year may be credited at the current selling price.
  • Tools and Accessories: Defective items returned within 30 days receive full credit or replacement; returns between 31-90 days may be credited at the current selling price.
  • Devices: Defective devices returned within 60 days receive either a replacement or credit for the purchase or current selling price.

Please note: Products damaged during transit or incorrect shipments must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. All authorized returns must be received within 15 days of Return Authorization issuance.

  1. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Mobiphix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, profits, or data, even if Mobiphix has been advised of such possibilities.

6.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobiphix, its employees, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
