1. Order and Payment Policy

1.1 Immediate Payment or Pay Later Option
When placing an order on Mobiphix, you can either complete the payment at checkout or choose our “Pay Later” option. If you select “Pay Later,” the payment must be completed within 48 hours of placing the order. Orders without payment after this period will be automatically canceled.

1.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, and the “Pay Later” option for eligible customers.

1.3 Order and Payment Confirmation
Upon successfully placing and paying for your order (either immediately or through “Pay Later”), a confirmation email will be sent with order details. If payment is not completed, your order will not be processed.

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping methods, and costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

2.2 Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Returns & Refunds FAQs

  1. What is Mobiphix’s returns & refunds process?

To apply for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Submit Request
    Submit your request to our Customer Service Team at Sales@mobiphix.com within 5 working days of receiving your order. Include the following:
    • Order number
    • Item number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo evidence for any damaged or faulty items (up to 3 images, each no larger than 2MB).
  2. Step 2: Approval
    Once our team reviews your request, we will notify you if the return is approved and provide the address of the nearest warehouse for shipping the item back. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Step 3: Return Item
    You must send the item to our warehouse within 10 working days of receiving approval. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
  4. What is Mobiphix’s RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy?

Items are refundable as long as they are returned in the same condition they were received. However, if the item, such as a screen, is physically damaged, it will not be eligible for a refund. If there is no physical damage, the item can be returned for a refund or replacement.

  1. What address should I send my return to?

Once your return request is approved, our Customer Service Team will provide you with the appropriate warehouse address.

  1. Is it necessary to offer a tracking number for the returned item?

Yes, we require that all returned items are tracked to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

  1. How do I get a refund?

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process after the returned item has been inspected.

  1. Are all items refundable?

Yes, all items are refundable as long as they are returned in the same condition they were received. Please ensure you follow the return process and submit your request within 5 working days of receiving your order.


4. Warranty Policy

4.1 Pulled Screens Warranty
We provide warranties on all pulled screens. If the screen is found to be defective or faulty (without physical damage), it can be returned under warranty, and a replacement or refund will be issued.

4.2 Accessories and Tools Warranty
Certain accessories and tools may come with manufacturer warranties. Contact our customer service for warranty claims on these items.


5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Order Cancellation Before Payment
Orders can be canceled before payment by contacting our Customer Service Team at Sales@mobiphix.com. If payment is not received within 48 hours under the “Pay Later” option, the order will automatically be canceled.

5.2 Post-Payment Cancellations
Once payment is completed and the order is processed, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may contact our team to discuss available options.
